Harlem is a gorgeous shade of clear burgundy-rose with contrasting base markings of black. This perennial is a good investment because of the dependable REBLOOM in September in addition to the June bloom. It is also know for its outstanding foliage, which stays dark green and attractive far longer than the old-fashioned Oriental poppies.
